Simama Hotel has two meeting rooms of varying sizes. The rooms are spacious and well lit, the furniture is comfortable and flexible and the décor is simple yet pleasantly sophisticated. The meeting rooms in this modern building can be adapted for various uses like seminars, board meetings and in addition to these two rooms we also have one boardroom that can be used for private meetings or dinners.
Falls Boardroom
Our Falls boardroom is one of the most impressive executive boardrooms in Lilongwe with seating capacity of up to 60 guests. Flooded with natural light, the boardroom features impressive technology such as surround sound systems to enhance presentations. Situated in the first floor of the hotel our boardroom has breath taking view with intimate outdoor patio.

Bunda Conference Room
Situated in the second floor of the hotel, the Bunda conference room is suitable for all kinds of events and seats‐up of up to 80 guests. The conference room is air conditioned, has standard white board, flip chart, LCD projector and built in public address system.

Kachere Boardroom
Kachere boardroom provides for private and quiet corporate meeting atmospheres. Adjacent to the boardroom, lies a grand pre‐function foyer perfect for drinks receptions.

Full Day Conference Packcage
Our Full Day conference package is inclusive of mid-morning and mid-afternoon teas and refreshments and 3 course buffet lunch starting at MK15,000 per delegate.
Morning & Afternoon teas and refreshments starting at MK3,600 per delegate per serving:
- Tea/ Coffee/ Bottled water/ Soft drink
- 2 Pastries e.g. muffin or doughnuts
- 1 Savoury item e.g. chicken wings
3 Course buffet lunch starting at MK8,000:
- 3 Starters – 2 salads & 1 soup
- 3 Main courses – 1 vegetarian and a choice of 2 others i.e. chicken/ beef/ fish
